Pearls of Service, Inc. proudly presents the Victoria Stevenson Archangel Educational Excellence Scholarship, supporting deserving students in Collin County through service and scholarship. In 2025, five scholarships of $2,000 were awarded.

Council of Presidents Leadership Award
This inaugural scholarship, founded and funded by The Presidents Council, was offered to a graduating senior, young woman, who was a resident of, or attended high school in, Collin County, Texas. The applicants must have had at least a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale and at least a score of 19 on the ACT or a score of 980 on the SAT. The ideal applicant must have also applied, and been accepted, to a Historically Black College or University (HBCU).
The scholarship award amount to the recipient is $2,000.
